RIAK Squad Workout - CP Test - 3 & 12-min

Ensure ERG mode is turned off after the ramp above threshold if your trainer has that functionality. The 3-min and 12-min CP tests are maximal efforts. The power targets are just a very rough guide, so can be largely ignored. Just go for it!
