Team MaxLifeOut Saturday 2.5 hour endurance ride at 60% of FTP with 4x15s neuromuscular sprints 8 minutea apart in the middle of the ride.
Purpose
Build base endurance with the added development of neuromuscular pathways and overall leg speed. Note, the sprints are carried out without increasing intensity. They are to bring the legs to max cadence and not to develop a powerful sprint.
