Alright, time to try our hand at a group workout. This one will feature intervals from 1 to 8 minutes. ERG mode will be turned on by default so your trainer will give you your target, all you have to do is pedal at a cadence that works for you. Let's do this!

This is designed to improve FTP and boost VO2 Max.
Treat each interval as a mini time trial. Break it into sections (3 or 4) and increase your power incrementally across the interval.
Use the power numbers given as a guide, but treat these like best sustained efforts, and give your best to each interval even if that means you can go higher than what is listed.
