Join the group for a rolling approximate 90 minutes / 34 miles ride (NOT a race).
90 minutes riding at Zone 2 and 3 (2.2 to 3.0 wkg).
Steep hills expect slightly higher watts, but easing up to regroup is what we do as we cross the top.
Bots will be included, but they are set at Passive, so they will not be attacking us. Just enough to add the feel of a nice size group.
