This is part if our January Base Training Plan, FREE for you to follow and gain some really solid base fitness miles.
Join Peaks Coaching Group (PCG) for a steady mid week Endurance Cruise.
Approximately 20-25 miles at a very smooth 2.0 w/kg pace (140-150 watts for ride leader). You can stop when you want. Course is set at 3 laps, but only going to the 25 mile point for ride leader.
Course is the Coastal Loop route x 2-3 laps.
This is a group ride, not a race. Trying out Passive Bots this time to make this Zone 2 ride a bit more fun...in case only as few human riders show up.
