Hilly Hop by Peaks Coaching Group (PCG)

Join Peaks Coaching Group (PCG) for a Hilly ride. Approximately 16 miles at 2.2 to 2.5 w/kg on the flat parts, but power up to FTP or higher to get over climbs, BUT we ease up across the top so we can regroup and ride as a group on the flat parts.
Course is the Flat Eight route x 3 laps. Two small climbs each lap and a few bumps in between. This is a group ride, not a race.
