This is the FGW aka Fingolian Winter Tuesday Velocity Vector Group ride - 3 lap Coastal Loop for the all indoor winter season. 1st lap Rubber Band will be set at 100, 2nd lap Rubber Band at 30 and 3rd lap Rubber Band will be OFF. Every next week the 2nd lap rubber band strength will be few % weaker. 1st and last lap Rubber Band setting will remain constant.
